With over 14 years of experience in fashion design, buying, and brand development, I have built a reputation for creating womenswear collections that seamlessly merge creativity with strategic vision. My work spans premium designer and contemporary curve fashion, always maintaining a focus on fit, tailoring, and establishing a cohesive brand direction that resonates deeply with customer needs.
A fashion graduate from RMIT, I’ve led cross-functional teams and developed data-driven strategies that have driven brand growth and client engagement. My label, Neo Dia, was celebrated by Vogue Italia as "a new day for Australian fashion" and has since graced the pages of Elle, and Harper’s Bazaar. A defining career highlight was Neo Dia's inclusion in the "200 Years of Australian Fashion" exhibition at the NGV, marking its impact on the Australian fashion narrative.

Yet, design is only part of the story. As a Buyer at Debenhams Australia, I oversaw a luxury brand portfolio that included Chanel, Tom Ford, Estée Lauder, Guerlain, and Lancôme. Managing these global icons was about more than curating a product range; it was about bringing their stories to life, shaping retail experiences that truly engage the consumer.
